This SL blows me away, it's such a great shooter. Lighter, faster, and more efficient than my ego 10 was. I love it.

SL74 is all i play with, newer models of Ego's had frame stress crack issues.
Find a back-up solenoid & some spare grips and happy hunting!

I've owned every year of Ego and never had one that developed any type of cracking in the frame. The only time I've seen frame issues on an Ego is when someone has taken a bad dive and lands on the gun at an awkward angle, and that's happened with plenty of other guns, just happens that the Ego is one of the most used guns, thus gets the most press for it.

Still love the SL74, it's my go-to marker for tourneys ... so light and fast, but i prefer micro switch instead of opto
