I've acquired several A4s lately, and about half of them had broken sensors. Unable to acquire them anywhere online, I set out to make my own. The parts where designed in FreeCAD and printed in PLA with a 3D printer. The models can be found at the following url.

I've also attached some horrible images of the final product. Took it out for a test today and it worked great.

Certainly a more elegant solution with the 3D printed housing than this one from the Ultimate Sticky I think we ought to add this thread to the sticky either in place of the old one, or in addition.
