ANy BRASs ASA's out there?

I see Guerrilla Air has a brass tank regulator. However I see no brass ASA's for sale. If you didn't know brass threads best with brass. AKA you can hand thread and wrench tight with out shavings.

Has Anyone every seen a Brass Threaded or solid brass ASA?

If not I would pay for a custom. Maybe some day.

No, they are not commercially available.

Brass is great, but having brass threads on the tank with aluminum threads on the ASA reduces galling quite well and in paintball, holds up more than well enough.

well than heres a inside tip on air systems for any over seeing companies. Brass on Brass is soft, damp, smooth, and just best for Air systems..

Some company please jump on this idea.

couple other ideas, for this product.

1. Brass thread tank regulator, Combo Brass ASA.
2. Make the fitting on the tank regulator Crescent wrench apply torque to a crescent wrench accepting main Housing ASA. Use Brass for the male female connection.

That will create a long term life span without flacking. Also being able to torque both, which will make a solid rough play ready feel.

And of course an on off either on the tank or ASA, Preferably on the tank...instead of on the ASA which still allows pressure to be applied to the threads during torque applications to the ASA... DUH

Above model will create a un pressurized wrench torqued situation. Upon opening the valve on the tank, the combination torque will ping with even more threaded strength.

There for an On/ Off style bleeding valve should be placed on the ASA for degassing and removing the tank.

The idea is worth its investment due to its superiority in the phisacal paintball market and versitillaty at making its money back through cani9dates that will be in the market place.

Does anyone know of some manufacturer connections? It is just the next step.
