Phone is in brand new condition. There are no scratches or dinks anywhere. I have kept it in a hardcase with a screenprotecter on it 24/7.
No you dont need a Data plan like you do on most PDA's and Blackberrys to activate this phone!!.
It comes with a lot of extras, like an extra battery, 2 extra holsters, 1 hardcase w/ belt clip, and 1 soft case. It also comes with everything that is included inside the Verizon box, the CD's, manuals, chargers. I'l also throw in a free docking station for charging/syncing. I have had this phone for only 2 weeks but need to get a Blackberry for work. This phone works great and has a lot of features including Window Mobile 6.1 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint ect), YouTube, Google Sync, and a lot more. I also purchased an SPB Eletronic fullscreen keyboard for this phone which is a lot better than the default ones.
