Why yes, yes it can.

That's pretty sick to be honest with you.
If I was into The woodsball/non tournament style, I'd definatly pick one up.

Your Tippmann is only $40-$50?? The SP1 retails for $154.95 and the Vibe at $144.95.

wow a tippmann A5 does that. And i would take a tippmann over anything SP produces any day of the week. When the Shocker Sft came out it was said it was also supposed to be a very reliant marker...and we all know how that turned out

I'm most impressed. I'm sure you know my stance on how I feel about your company sean, but the water video, that's a neat trick! I assume you dip the boards in a waterproofing solution that protects it against elements. I'ts nothing new as automotive electronics are nearly all done this way, but it's a nice feature to have on a marker that can potentially be used in a situation where water is involved. There had better not be a mircoswitch-esque patent on this feature.

What about the hopper though? I suppose though, that if you drop a marker in water, the least of your worries is teh paint inside the hopper

Too bad automags are more durable and gentler on paint, since they're built by a company who genuinely cares about quality and customers.

Oh wait, AGD (and other awesome companies that everyone loved) was driven out of business by Smart Parts...

good proof of concept for those who would question it...

i cant count how many times i have been asked what happens to my markers while playing woodsball (cyborg, shocker, ion, nerve, legend)

and yes, a tippmann may also go the same, but the tippman costs as much and isnt nearly as smooth, and the ability to make the marker look mil-sim is no longer a tippmann niche....

Yes actually it was, 45 bucks.

I can say I'm impressed, but it doesn't change my attitude towards SP.

Your only worry should be the paint swelling.

Is your Tippmann A-5 electronic?? Nope... You have to pay more for that. Not only that, the A-5 costs a lot more as well. And yes. The SP1 and Vibe is that reliable and durable.

Nice to see you over here The boards are not dipped. The only thing actually protected on the board is the chip. Everything else is not. The reason it does not short is because the components are too far away and the voltage is really low. So it does not short. The swimming pool was even done in a salt water pool in Florida. Which as we all know conducts electricity more easily.

And yes, if you own an SP1 or Vibe and you doubt our videos... try it yourself.

Only if you buy a level 10 kit. And you have to pay extra for that. The mag also costs more and it is mechanical and not electropneumatic. And AGD is still in business.

Paintball News Rules
  1. No Upping threads. If you have something to say, please do, but don't post in the thread just to take it to the top of the forum.
  2. Do not post "1st post", "1st", "First post" or anything similar (or with any other number) at any point in a thread, even if you post a comment too. It is really annoying and it will result in a ban.
  3. If you don't like something, say why instead of just calling it ugly, lame, gay or any other name. If it is old, simply post a link or report the post with a link to the older News thread.
  4. Please don't post links for places to buy items. That encourages stores, sponsored players and other people to do it and spam the site.
