Yes, it's actually quite surprising how o-rings differ from manufacturers, manufacturing processes and production batches. To ensure the quality and sizing we want we had custom made tools and specify the best quality urethane that we know of for use in paintball o-rings.
In some places it doesn't matter much, if at all, but in others like regulators, it can be very important.

matte is very subjective depending on who did the other parts. If you are doing a full gun with matching anodizing it is always best to media blast everything together (and at the same time, as using a media a few months later, or by someone else can even change the finish).
The options released are the only ones planned.

Thank you for the kind words. I am always willing to discuss paintball over a beer (or was, currently on a diet so no beer...). At Fulda Gap we had some legends in our booth, including Jack Wood, hanging out and talking paintball over some adult beverages (moonshine gets tongues moving...). It was a lot of fun. I am happy to consider myself a paintball geek
