I have air coming out of a hole where the set screw is on the right side of the marker on the back, it’s where you would put the tiny oring if you ran a remote adapter, why is it leaking and how can I fix this issue.

Replace the solid seal on the forward hole on the reg. The seal most likely has failed and just needs replaced.
