Valve Index

The new VR sets are pretty amazing. I just watched a vid showing the mechanical fatigue of an Index after 1300 hrs of play. Is it fair to think that the headset would flawlessly survive 1300 hours of sweat and bouncing? Not sure any of my other hobby gear has done that.

Using the Index was amazing (at a VRKade) and I am strongly considering picking one up. Anyone else experienced this? Any tips or tricks on how to maintain the hardware functionality?
I love the smell of polyethylene glycol in the morning.

This may not be the best response for this thread, but I'm looking for pictures of a VR developer I've seen somewhere that had a marker fixed with VR controllers. It was a Rail/Rize if I remember correctly.

I have one and I love it...not sure how long it will last though. Did you end up getting one?
