Get them from GoG. They are cheap.

I need Ion Solenoid Armature. Do you still have in stock? If so, how can I go about purchasing one from you?

New to Forum. Just figured out I have to post 5 times to enable PM. I really need the solenoid armature for Ion. I see there is someone here selling them (or at least they were). Any ideas if these are still available?

I contacted GoG a few months ago and was informed they were out of those parts forever. Maybe my recollection is incorrect, or maybe if enough of us ask, they will start making the, again.

There is someone on ebay selling new old stock and there's a guy on the ion FB page selling brand new ones he had made. I've bought both and can confirm they both work great.

I have bought both, also, and they both work.

The advantage to spending more on the newly designed armatures is that the rubber seal on the bumper is new and will last longer.

The old new stock armatures on eBay are less expensive, but the rubber has got to be coming up on a decade old and couod break down more quickly.

I don't have (and don't want) a Facebook account. Does this seller have an email for contact?

Got the one from the Facebook group and put it in and it worked great. $24. I believe the rubber on both my stock and blackheart board solenoid armatures had started to break down causing it to stick to the bottom of the solenoid cylinder when under pressure. The solenoid would energize but couldn't pull it off the exhaust hole at bottom since the rubber had formed to it. Here they are side by side. New one on the right. You can see the rubber on the old one and how it was getting soft and being pushed through the exhaust hole.
