Weird Double screen with the Digital pressure gauge

Here are two pictures of my M3 in the digital pressure gauge mode. It happens at other pressures but I only loaded these two for you to get the idea. I have the latest firmware installed. It happens on both my M3's.

It almost looks like M2 software...

The M2 has 2 Transducers and a double display like that.

I’d call the techs at Dye and see what they say.

The "pointer" disappears when it happens. I bought a new pressure transducer board and I'm going to try that next. The screen goes normal at 114 psi. Thats why I think its a software issue. The numerical part always displays the correct pressure, just the pointer and scale goes wacky. The fact that it happens on BOTH my M3's and at the exact same pressures again points to software.

After looking at the M2 Manual more, something is still off about your display there too...

The M2 display has the dual gauges but they are side by side not stacked on top of each other like in your picture.

Have you tried updating the Firmware again?

Maybe try with a different version if possible?

Installed new pressure transducer board today and no change to the way the main board displays the pressure. Still have needle-less double scale image at 103,107,108,111,and 112psi. It may happen at other pressures but I stopped increasing the pressure at 117psi. Any other pressure not listed up to and including 117psi the display is fine and shows the needle pointing at a single scale like it should.

I have five main boards and have tested three and all have the same problem. One of those boards I did not install new firmware because it had the latest when I got the gun. I think I will re-download the firmware from DYE and reinstall like you said. I have the latest firmware that I downloaded from DYE the first week it came out. Maybe they changed something between now and then. This time I'll use the DYE memory stick that came with my M3+.

The last two boards are brand new and have the current firmware already installed from DYE. It's starting to be a real pain swapping out boards. I think I'm going to have to put one of the new ones in to see how it displays the pressure. If I change too many things my testing starts to get hard to track because of the number of variables I'm changing every test so the testing goes very slow but I'll get there. For example I didn't want to put a new pressure transducer board and change the firmware at the same time because I wouldn't know which fix corrected the display problem.
