How To:Velocity Adjustment

How Do I Adjust My Velocity?
Included with our markers are a variety of oil tempered springs for different velocity settings and playing conditions.

1 Short spring:This is ideal for indoor fields as it allows the marker to operate reliably at lower velocities in the range of 230-250FPS.

1 Long spring:This is ideal for most outdoor fields and medium to longrange play as it allows the marker to operate reliably at velocities in the range of 280-300FPS.

1 Extra long spring:This is a spare that can be cut to length to achieve optimal performance in all climates or playing areas or used as a replacement in the case of loosing one of the above mentioned lengths. For best results cut or file off 1/8th to coil of the spring when trying to hit your ideal velocity range under 300FPS.Though a tedious process ,the boost in velocity consistency is worth it

What type of lubricant should I use for maintenance?

Our Factory Technicians recommend:
Milsig SOS Grease for the valve, air block and 13ci tank o-ring seal.

Popular Alternatives include:
DOW 33 and SL33k Grease

Our Factory Technicians recommend:
A Food grade silicon spray for all other moving parts like o-rings on bolt and hammer.

Popular alternatives include:
Most Silicone Based Paintball Marker Oil

How To:Marker maintenance during and after gameplay.

During Gameplay
1.Remove the magazine and any debris or shell present.
2.Hold magazine upside down to prevent paint from dripping further into the magazine
3.Cock the bolt back
4.Run a squeegee through the barrel or run water through the chamber and barrel
5.Dry fire the marker a few times to remove excess water and shell debris
6.Insert a fresh magazine and continue the fight.

After Gameplay:
For optimal performance and reliability a thorough cleaning is highly recommended after every game before storing your marker.

1.Remove the airsource and magazine from your marker and confirm there is no air or paint loaded in the firing chamber.

2.Wipedown your outer receiver to remove any Paint,Dirt and Debris

3.Remove your barrel followed by the lower receiver pins & hardware

4.Seperate and remove the Lower Receiver, Air Block and Bolt assembly from your receiver

5.Using hotwater, rinse off both the receiver and bolt.Next rinse off your magazines.

6.Dry off your receiver and bolt with a lint free cloth and/or Paintball swab.

7.Apply your Lubricant of choice to the Bolt and Hammer then reassemble your marker.

8.Relax with confidence knowing your TGR will be ready to play the next time you are!

If You have Disassembled Your Marker At The Field and have lost the hammer bumper:
Keep Calm and Play On! Honorcore has your back.

Although it is recommended you have the secondary hammer bumper installed for optimal performance it is not a crucial piece.

Built into the air block is a secondary hammer bumper so you can continue to operate the marker without damaging the air block. The secondary bumper helps to maintain hammer spring stability as an extra consideration for performance from our design team. Just be careful when performing field work next time.
