I have my friend's dark angel LCD. It's blind and I would like to send it someone to get modernized as a gift. I researched this 10 years back but wanted to know who is doing this kind of work, suggested changes, and anything else I should consider.

TAG The Angel Guy is still up and running. He did complete workovers of my 10 year old Angels this summer and they are like new again. He also still does the eye installs and 9v board mods and so forth.

I don't know if he's still willing to do it as it was a by-request-only type of service, but Angry Antle's Autocockers has the ability to do the old MT-style EyeQ mod if you'd rather have that type of aesthetic.
