f4 illustrator

So what is a F4 Illustrator going for nowadays? I ran across one and I'm just wondering what its worth. Its complete and in working condition, a price range would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I’d guess not much, $40-$50.

I could be wrong…They where listed a little higher new, than the spyders of the day. ACI bought the name from the ordinal company that made the F1 and F2’s. That makes the ACI F4 just a nicer spyder clones.

If your a collector and just can't pass it up then 40 - 50 dollars would be tops in mint condition. you need to look down into the breach where the bolt rides and make sure the inside of the body is not scored. It should be shiny w/anodized finish on them.If the body is scored then pass it up for sure. It will eat orings on the bolt. I've had four maybe five of these over the years. I actually still have one left. If the bolt is bad you can get an aftermarket thru Alamocity paintball. Orings are pretty standard for spyder clones. If you remove the cocking handle from the top it can be a bear to reinstall. You do not have to remove the cocking handle to dissassemble the gun.
These guns new listed for 299.00. keep in mind this was early to mid "90's
