Not with the stock board. There's another thread here in the Proto forums from a company with a new aftermarket board. Maybe message them to see if their board will do it.

In fact, @cyberpyr8 was going to beta test befor he sold his Rize markers...

We do have a Rize ready board programmable for 5-25 BPS with a fine tuning +/- 1ms chrono-ready adjustment mode:
