Ya, I'm pretty sure it's the cup seal at this point because even when I turn the IVG almost all the way out (with only a thread holding it in place) it still leaks down the barrel cocked or not.....and I"ve replaced the valve orings...still a leak...so I'm sure it's got to be the cup seal - at least I hope..although the cup seal looks to be in good shape...

So I've got a trilly pump kit from a trashed Tactical and a 12 gram changer, I think I'm just going to order a sport for cheap. Since the internals are for HP, do you think I would get decent efficiency with a little tweaking with 12 grams? Also, I had this idea about a stock class feed. Kind of like the PVC home made ones, I was thinking I would buy a CCI feed and hack off and sand a lot of the feedneck so I could wedge it onto it and keep it lower to the body. Does this seem like it could possibly work?

No it's not. They were cheap marker to turn into pump when people were almost giving them away. Now, people are asking way too much for what you get.
