I am STOKED for Cali.

Idea for practice jerseys: use our current jersey theme, but only use the space needle with DBS part, sponsor logos, and names...

Would look awesome, and unite the organization... Black with a lime green ish print (like the exalt one).

Can't wait to see Geoff all jacked up on Mt Dew and get some better footage! LOL.

I like the shirt idea.....We've already got the design....no need to make something elaborate up. The current jersey theme would be perfect. I mean a practice jersey is usually a stripped down version of a tourny jersey anyway.

Just wanted to say thanks again for a great weekend of scrims. Its always a pleasure when ya'll come to CEPP. Good luck at cup. I dont remember who wanted the recipe of the chinese chicken salad, but I should have that by tonight for ya.

Chinese Chicken Salad

4 tsp sesame seeds
6 TBL slivered almonds
Sprinkle on cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Take out of oven and set aside.

1 head cabbage - chop
8 green onions - chop
2 pkgs Top Ramon noodles (plain, Chinese, or chicken flavor - I use chicken flavor). Break up. Set aside packaged seasoning mix for later.
Toss together and add sesame seeds and almonds.

Add cooked, shredded chicken breasts. I use 3 to 4 breasts per recipe.

Dressing:
4 TBL sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup oil
6 TBL white vinegar
2 pkgs Top Ramon seasoning mix
Mix well.

Add to salad. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. I make the night before and refrigerate.

Chinese chicken salad!

Speaking of food...I had no idea that dog is a pretty regular cuisine in Vietnam. I thought it was more a specialty on special occasions or something, but my tour guide said that it's pretty common food in Vietnam. I can't imagine eating dog meat. Makes me sad when I see German Shepherds tied to the front of restaurants to promote healthy dog meat.

One of my Korean coworkers told me all about dog and how delicious it is. At the time I was pretty strictly vegetarian and he boasted that even if I were vegetarian, once I tasted dog I'd never be able to stop eating it.

I asked him if it was weird to eat an animal that was also commonly kept as pets and he informed me that there were separate pet dogs and food dogs so it was okay.

I must say, I'm still curious to try dog after his enthusiastic claims regarding it's deliciousness.

Dog is pretty awesome. Imagine a perfect blend of beef and pork... Pork's tenderness with beefs heartiness.

I had it in Korea... it's ridiculously expensive.
