MWXL Rules

I am new to the MWXL. What format is it? Are the rules the same as the NXL? The MWXL site still has the PSP rulebook available for download.

Im looking for

- ROF
- Firemode
- format (race to 4 for D4 and D3?)

For the 3man tourney, is MWXL using the NXL 2.0 for 3-man? If so, how strict do you enforce rule "6.4.2 - Players must wear full pants, and long sleeve jerseys as their outerlayer"? My team only has short sleve jerseys and would prefer not to have to buy all new jerseys just for 1 rule.
