Is its possible to make a open bolt spump (spyder pump)

Hey guys i was looking into making a spump , its seams pretty cool to get a cheap spyder and make a decent pump, i really like moding so im plaining to make one ,but i was wondering all the guides i have seen make them closed bolt like cokers and sherinds etc, so i was wondering could it be posible to keep the spyder as it is open bolt ??

You would have to prevent the hammer from re-cocking after firing. Other than that, it seems pretty simple. You would want the pump to push the hammer and bolt back together, then return to the forward position before firing.

I wish people would learn how their gun works before trying to troubleshoot a problem. On second thought, they should learn how it works before putting an air tank on it.

I think if remove the striker oring and replace the cup seal with a non blowback , it should work i have seen people do it but then they slot the striker so the bolt goes foward making it closed bolt, and idk if making it close bolt is something important to the mod but i want to avoid it, that i dont have to slot the striker/hammer and dont have ball roll outs

Yes, you could do this with some markers, like the original spyder victor. However, you will need a way to safely remove the part of the frame you don't need without damaging the integrity of it.
