I remember we had some Winchester paint - back in 2005/2007 or so?
The fun part was it had a clear shell and a UV reactive blue fill. After a short time in the sun the paint would turn totally clear. Clear as glass. So leaving the paint out resulted in clear paintballs that would leave no mess, besides what looked like snot and shell pieces.
Beyond that, no idea.
