Dude, we went from a week below freezing to above 70* today. There was snow still on the ground with people walking around in shorts.

That sounds like a normal March/April Tuesday up here.

It'll dip into the teens at night and then be 65* and sunny during "Mother Nature is fickle and confused" season.

Did you have any damage John? I had rolling blackouts and frozen pipes for a couple of days but yay for pex piping, no damage.

Nah, we never lost power and, thankfully, we have a fireplace (one of the only ones in the neighborhood with one). The city pumping stations lost power and then pipes froze, plus there were some water main breaks so we've had water issues for almost a week. My mom lost power and her pool pump cracked when it froze, but overall we're in good shape.
