I reported False (negative) Feedback for a transaction that never occurred from user "Bradley0". The False Feedback was removed so thank you for taking care of it.

However, I see the user is still active. Is this a ban-able offense and if so, can the appropriate action be taken? In addition, a sales thread the user made appears to contain a picture of a marker from eBay being passed off as the user's.
