hey, i only have a few markers

since everyone's showing you all the new stuff, i'll show you a couple of the older models.
first is my oldest and most dear marker. i had a 1987 PMI .68 magmum prior but sold it and i regret doing that. it's a 14" 1988 phantom i used quite a bit. used it so much the cci name ano on the trigger frame is worn off lol. in the day there was no such thing as a detachable barrel so under the phantom is the 11" version which is basically the whole body. i have 2 other new version phantoms as well. an 11" and 14" both with detachable barrels.
to the left of the phantom is the first released full cover face mask. prior we used only uvix gogles. for added affect, i threw in
one of my old apg's which was about the only decent pb mag then. that's the december 1987 issue. hah, the guy in the bottom pic wrote an article called, "the beginners guide to cheating" so don't let anyone fool ya, there were even wipers then
next is a 1993 f2 illustrator my 3rd marker. it was the first year the f2 was available. the preceeding f1 was nothing but trouble. glad i waited a year before getting one. the f2 was cutting edge for its time since it was semi-auto and very light weight. others like cockers and tippy's were pretty damned heavy. i have everything with this one from the original box, all the spare parts and the removable raised site rail that you prolly didn't see from that point on. i still have the receipt as well. this one cost me $366 in '93. the older phantom cost me $200. the phantoms still cost about the same price as they did then. so much for the nostalgic mod markers.
