I really want to like this. Got mine today, seems super durable and comes apart really easy. Put in batteries, turns on with green light slow flashing, and nothing happens... tried several sets of batteries but I think I got a dud. Now I’ve got email for a return, womp womp. Hoping it’s just a fluke and the next one works as it should!

Apologies, that clearly should not have happened as the loaders were fully tested prior to shipping. Hopefully we can get this resolved for you quickly.

Thanks, I emailed support and will await response. I think the motor fizzled out? I can hear a buzz if I hold it up to my ear when it should be spinning, maybe something seized, idk.
Really seems solid from a durability standpoint - shells are beefy and it feels well balanced too. Looking fw to getting this sorted and playing with one

So throw it away the first time you have to dis and reassemble? Got it.

for you to have tangent,
you need to have one point where you meet and intersect the function in question.

For me it's not having a problem that's an issue, it's how the problem gets resolved.
I've had really good luck with getting answers from you guys at PE when I have problems.
Not to derail this but I've had a similar response from the guys at Virtue/BK. Those are the kinds of companies I choose to spend my money with.
I've had the exact opposite experience with Infamous recently on one of their aftermarket Emek triggers. I had some fit-up issues and they told me that's the way they were. If it wasn't the best looking aftermarket trigger I would have just sent the thing back but I made it work. I don't plan on spending any more money with them.

WanderingRonin,
If you've not had a reply yet then please email me direct (steve dot m at planeteclipse dot com). I'm conscious that it's Friday and we knock-off early in the UK.
Thanks.

Should have bought an ID Fang. Less chance of ripping a finger open too.

I had a pretty intense internal debate between the two, but in the end I liked the looks of the infamous one way better. I assumed they would have been of similar quality and ease of installation. I need Maury to tell me that was a lie.

Pretty sure all aftermarket Emek triggers are made by members of the Nation.

Thanks, it's handled! I had a reply within a day offering an RMA to take care of it. Thankfully, I didn't need it. The impeller motor somehow got stuck. I manually spun it a few times and it freed up and has been working great since

Well after handling one in person I picked one up. First impressions, this loader is Thiccc (yes three c this) but also probably the sturdiest shell I have ever felt. It is super heavy but balances pretty well. Lid is hard to open but also definitely won’t pop open by accident (ideal for rentals). Feeding is Revvy-seque or maybe slightly better. Definitely will skip some shots if I am really slinging paint but pretty adequate for most uses. Pretty nice loader and definitely a good amount of value here if you account for the ultra sturdy construction. I’ve heard battery efficient is excellent as well (time will tell).

Picture for the asked size comparison to some of today’s high-end loaders.

I only see one loader in that pic...
