I've been using a Supreme Gear Backpack Since November as my gearbag. It's perfect for a day bag for the field. I can squeeze everything I use for a day in there.

They look like great bags and if I hadn't just bought a Virtue roller back 2 weeks ago I would have been in on the kickstarter promotion.

The gear backpack would be perfect for the amount of gear I take to the field, and my traveling with a laptop. I really want to jump on this.

IF the bag actually meets carry-on size restrictions. Outside dims are 21" H x 13" W x 11" D, yes?

Height and width are good but the American Airlines max depth is 9". Looks like most airlines are 9" or 10" right now.

It does not look like there is any way to shrink that dim right?

You can always use it for your clothes bag ;-)

I use the tightening straps on the side to really shrink its width unless I have it packed super tight. We've carried them on several times without a single issue so far.

That sounds good in theory but I'm not sure my accountant :cough:wife:cough: would agree with that.

Paintball News Rules
  1. No Upping threads. If you have something to say, please do, but don't post in the thread just to take it to the top of the forum.
  2. Do not post "1st post", "1st", "First post" or anything similar (or with any other number) at any point in a thread, even if you post a comment too. It is really annoying and it will result in a ban.
  3. If you don't like something, say why instead of just calling it ugly, lame, gay or any other name. If it is old, simply post a link or report the post with a link to the older News thread.
  4. Please don't post links for places to buy items. That encourages stores, sponsored players and other people to do it and spam the site.
If you have questions, please post them in the Talk to Mods/Admins forum.
