Infamous Reflex Harness released at World Cup

The new Infamous Reflex harness features an anti-bounce technology that was designed and patented by Infamous/Virtue Paintball. The idea is that you don't have vertical movement while running with a lot of pods on your back. I as a back player am very interested in this pod pack and will be interested to see how well it works. Looks like quite a few pro teams were using it at NXL World Cup including X-Factor and obviously Infamous.

The Three Belt system is a good idea and does seem like it might help prevent bouncing of the Pack. I might have to try one when I need a new Pack.

salute to Infamous for being able to charge $100 for a pack. won't catch me paying more than ~$40 for one though

Pretty much. Containers went from $300 to get on a ship to $3000 or more about a year and a half ago.

GI Glide packs are still in the $50 range, and they are great packs

Apples to oranges. The Infamous pack is a 3 belt system. Makes a big difference in fit with a large number of pods

he never compared them, just pointed out a pack below $100, so not apple to oranges at all

Paintball News Rules
  1. No Upping threads. If you have something to say, please do, but don't post in the thread just to take it to the top of the forum.
  2. Do not post "1st post", "1st", "First post" or anything similar (or with any other number) at any point in a thread, even if you post a comment too. It is really annoying and it will result in a ban.
  3. If you don't like something, say why instead of just calling it ugly, lame, gay or any other name. If it is old, simply post a link or report the post with a link to the older News thread.
  4. Please don't post links for places to buy items. That encourages stores, sponsored players and other people to do it and spam the site.
If you have questions, please post them in the Talk to Mods/Admins forum.
