Title explaines it..

Me and my friends juss formed a team, and we've been practicing for bout 2 months. Mainly crossfire reball in Darien, Illinois. Which is pretty good, especially division thursdays. But only thing is that we're not division yet. Some of us are ready for it, but some are not. So we are looking for some tournaments to enter. WE were thinkin bout the spyder cup, but couldnt get vs2's with t boards in time, lol. But mainly looking for rookie tournaments.

ya...alot of fields around me have closed..especially tournament fields..

If you go to any of these fields, please PM me. I am serious about this tournament thing. Only obstacle is my parents and a ride. They are sketchy about this because they think its a waste of money unless I win..but thats juss my dad and his attitude thats all. And my parents are mad i got a new shocker for $280, they thought that was alot of money for "a thing that shoots paint". And for a first tournament team, any tips? Cuz I havent done this in a LONG time, and some of the kids on my team havent done this at all. Team name is Bedlam Crew..gear isnt an important list tho..

One change to the SPLATTERZONE Young Guns series at Fox; Event #5 that was to be held in August go flooded out. Therefore, evvent #5 will be on Sunday, September 30th and event #6 has been pushed back to Sunday, October 21st. The Championship Playoffs will follow right after Event #6 is over on 10/21.

I knew this would happen. People cry about no tournies in Ill so I try to host some at Level X... only 3 teams actually register. I give up trying and all of a sudden people are asking for them again. what the hell??

wat do you mean you will host aone..do you own a field? Cuz if so, CERY INTERESTED..

and im not crying..juss looking..cuz the only tournies that have been around latley are the ChiTown 2v2 and spyder cup (gay cuz they only allow spyder guns)

Flyn colors in Mattoon IL. Its a indoor field and not to bad. Jan 6th there is a tournament. there is info on a theard for the Illinois forums. As of right now there is talk of about 16 teams going to be there.

Operation Paintball will be having 3 man events. They will most likley be hosting just for fun tournments and prize tournments. They are located in Hampshire Illinois.

SPLATTERZONE PRODUCTIONS will be running their 6th annual Young Guns tournament series at Fox this year (Info will be posted at WWW.SPLATTERZONEPAINTBALL.NET) plus, Fox will be hosting a couple of 3 man tournaments, a couple of 5 man tournaments, and yes, more X BALL events this year.

Hey Andrew,
Just wondering if your aware that this thread started back in 2007? Not a big deal, but ALOT has changed since that time.
One thing that is still going is the SPLATTERZONE Young Guns Series held at Fox Paintball. The SPP tournament series is the longest running series here in Illinois (This will be the 9th Annual YGS). Event #1 starts in April and runs through September. This may be a good series for you if you want to get your feet wet into tournament play.

Funny you should ask. I just ran into one of last years Young Guns players up at Cascade Mountain while snowboarding last weekend. He said he lost one of his players and is now looking for a guy.
He's not on PBNation much, but try looking him up. His screen name is Theheat. Good guy, and they did pretty good last year.
Other than that, try posting in the Fox thread, the Free Agent thread, or make up a flyer and post it down at the Fox Field in Millington.
