There's three steps to this workout. If you don't have dumbbells then the second step you won't be able to do
First set the weight to 70-80 lbs
Keep arms shoulder width and pull down on your handle fast then hold and slowly release. Do those 20 times
Step 2
Take 25 lb bar bells set then off to your sides. Stand in a squatting position and grab bar bells and do quick rips where you pull them up to your waist. Or you can go in a backwards position almost like you're throwing the bar bells back. But stay in a squatting position. 20 reps
Step 3
Go back to machine and stand with your back next to the bar facing the other end of the machine. Take left foot and step out in front and put your right foot on the base of the machine. Do overhead pulls 20 reps
Then repeat this 3 times. This is one part of my shoulder workout

That's a damn good set to do. I do 110 lbs and 35 lb bar bells. Do 25 sets 3x. Then I do burn outs on benching. Shoulder presses and inclined dumb bell presses. And sometimes boxing on top of that. It's my fav day. Tomorrow is legs. Least favorite. But who would ever think I'd be able to dunk on a 9ft rim. Sorry snoop. I'm sure you do 10ff all day long. But I was excited about 9
