Poor customers service is true

I contacted Macdev USA and told him about my issue with the board.

I sent the board in on May 6, 2020, and told him to contact me about an update

To this day, Gabe from Macdev has not responded to my emails or returned any of my calls.

I have been a macdev supporter since the 06 cyborg and have defended them on the customer's service in the past, especially if you contact bourke

But this time, their service has lived up to their reputation, or lack thereof.

Fwiw, there's a pretty solid chance that its an issue that can't be resolved with a part that he has in hand stateside and has fallen into total radio silence with Australia.

I know that was a massive issue for Gabe and I if we didn't have parts for the Cyborg/Droid/Clone and Jerry had nothing on hand... basically we were dead in the water just trying to save face with the end user while more or less doing it all for free to boot.

Hope your situation gets resolved either way, but I wouldn't be surprised if things haven't changed a ton in the past decade either.

what would be a proper response time during a global "pandemic" when businesses aren't allowed to operate, shipments aren't going through or being accepted, and people aren't allowed to even go to work?

All I am asking for is to respond to my email and say "yes I got the part you sent it"

I'm not asking for a replacement asap, but just an update. I am sure even with a pandemic would not stop some people to respond to such an email.
