How about I voice my concern in a thread monitored by the company in order to give feedback to them for future endeavors. You should probably get off the internet and go play some ball. ****ing helpless lol.

Apple only is a real slap to the face for the Android folks. Still a really cool idea. Maybe some tech savvy folks would lend a hand and help the PB community out.

I have a gear bag that has a water resistant pocket for manuals and layout plays from planet eclipse. The manuals fit in there and it is small enough to keep the manuals from bending wrong.

Whenever someone with an eclipse marker has a problem, I don't just fix their marker, I walk them through how to find what to change through their trouble shooting table in the manual. It tells them what o-ring they need to change, and then we look at the schematics to find the exact location. They never ask me for help again.

This app will save me a bunch of time in that aspect.

The problem is the wrote it in swift. If they had done it in Java they could have ported in to objective c and done minimal code work to make it work in swift. It would have added about 40-50% more man hours though and that isn't free. I'm guessing someone somewhere figured that apple users were gonna be more likely to buy the orings and in the end that's what this app is mostly meant for. Be an easy way to lookup and buy orings at a markup from PE.

There used to be a paintball manuals app. That had pdf’s of almost every gun out there. If anyone remembers that.

It wouldn’t be hard to add every marker to this app. It would just take some time to create the Excel library.

Not a bad idea for PE as people use the PE app to repair there current marker, the next time they are out shopping the likely hood of them choosing PE from subliminal use would be way higher I bet.

I shouldn't bother, but I'm going to ask... how do you know it's written in swift and not objective-c?

Are we suggesting PE paid someone to figure out whether Apple or Android users are more likely to purchase in app content? How many in app o-ring purchases would it take to pay for such a consultant?

Is it impossible to believe that for small development teams it's easier to build/support an app in the Apple eco system than Android?
