Jt Er2 Gas leak repair

So I have 2 of these guns bought at walmart about 4 years ago or so. When I put in the c02 canister it leaks all out inside the gun.

I bought new orings, opened up the guns and replaced the orings on the piece that connects to the barrel. Its the only place i saw orings when i opened it and the orings were brittle and falling apart. What else could be causing the guns to leak the co2?

12 gram seal? There is a seal where the puncture pin is that seals against the top of the cartridge, check that. There is also a cup seal inside the valve, and an oring to seal the valve shut.

I checked the seal where the co2 cartridge connects to the valve and it looks good.

I can't find the other one you mentioned. But I did notice a plastic rod that seems to have a bent tip that goes into the valve.

Here are some pictures including a picture of a black plastic flap that goes between the barrel and the case and I'm wondering what it does and if it's placed correctly because it fell out when I opened it.

I'm not sure how the ER-2 is supposed to look, but it looks like the power tube may be broken. But the front of the valve should unscrew(there's wrench flats on it), inside there will be the cup seal and sealing o-ring. It's a standard nelson valve style.

The face of the cupseal looks a bit messed, that may be your issue. The one laying down looks better.

Sorry but which is the cup seal? The black plastic piece connected to the spring? So I must buy it new?

If so, where can I buy it? I didnt find it on Amazon.
