annual supporting member renewal issue

Hey guys - paid for my annual renewal manually on July 9 after my auto renewal failed (CC changed). I got a dupe charge on July 10, which I had reversed through paypal on July 29th. For some reason, my membership became inactive. I forgot about it and tried to manually renew both Oct 4 and Oct 13, and had the deduction both times but still am not reactivated. My PM's are all locked as I am 150 over the 200 limit. Can you guys check into this? I've done the proper issue submission in Paypal but figured this could help expedite it.

Same thing this year! Paid on paypal 1/13, still not showing as renewed and my PM's are locked as I'm 150 over the limit.

Please PM us the following information and we'll get it sorted:

1. Email from PayPal Account
2. Date of Purchase
3. The amount that you paid for
4. Type of membership
5. Transaction #

Still looking for a fix here. Can't PM Ed unless I wipe out 10+ years of info to get under the 200 cap of a non member. Membership was paid 1/13 as referenced above.
