GEO IV:
The new Geo IV has taken the ergonomic feel of the Geo 3.5 and improved upon it. It has the comfortable CS2 rear grip, styling cues from earlier GEOs, Shaft FL Aluminium barrel and Geo branding.
I asked Jack Wood about it and he had this to say:
"The Geo4 will feel like an up-to-date Geo3.5 It has very similar proportions, stance, and shot characteristics, but is obviously hoseless and uses a lot of the newer tech from subsequent guns. Everyone who has shot it has said it is one of the most natural feeling and ergonomically on-point guns we have produced, and the IV Core gives it that proper old skool spool valve wooshy feel that is missing from a lot of the newer tech spool valve guns. It really is a gun that needs to be held and shot to appreciate how good it feels in the hands. I love what we have done with it."
IVCore buttery smooth firing experience.
Feels like a proper GEO with its feel in the hand.
Has a revised frame angle to give that proper GEO feel.
Body styling harks back to beloved older GEO models.
Jack went into more detail:
"So, the old Rivalry is back! We basically wanted to revive two of our most legendary platforms and bring back the Ego versus Geo battle. We are aware that most of our current line-up is now Gamma and GP Core based, but we know from what players have been saying over the past year or so that there is still a lot of love for our more traditional platforms, predominantly the LV/Ego/poppet layout, and the last iteration of the Geo, the Geo3.5 with the IV Core.
Of course we couldn't just do re-runs of those platforms. Things have moved on, plus we had some rather major technical challenges with both of those products that we wanted to address if we were ever to bring them back. So both Ego and Geo platforms are back with a slight twist on each to just bring them up to date and keep them relevant and useable even at the very highest levels.
