Ange LCD Milling, come answer this simple question

These 2 questions are particularly embarrassing as Angel LCDs are one of my favorite markers. I suppose I blame the confusion on the fact that I couldnít afford these things when they came out and the ones I own now and have owned were all Dark LCDs.

There are two different types of butterknife milling, I believe one came
in 2001 and one in 2002. Which one came first? Any corrections to my timeframe would also be appreciated.

I always thought this was the CNC milling for 2000 now after all these years Iím told itís actually 2001 milling. But I thought one of the butterknife millings was the 2001 CNC offering. Was there two different milling options in 2001 for CNC? If this wasnít the 2000 CNC offering what was?

They overlapped "model years", yeah. The pattern on the green butterknife in your pics came first, IIRC, and displaced the pattern on the red CNC in your final pic. Then the blue after that. Those models lasted into 2002 before being replaced by the "Apollo" milling pattern.

The pattern on the red CNC that you have pictured is the earliest CNC model, as best as I can recall.

Thanks for clearing that up
