The popular prize drawings will return for 2014. When scheduling your travel plans and registering for the event - remember that the prize drawings take place on Thursday at the close of the event and you must be present to claim prizes.

Vist the Exhibitors: Visit 100% of the exhibitors and have sheet verified and have a chance to win a product prize package donated by event exhibitors. At past events the package has had a total value of between $3,000 and $8,000!!

Be at the event at the close on Thursday and be eligible to win a comlete 5 man bunker system donated by Airups.

Must be present at the drawing to be eligible to claim the prize. Names will be drawn until a winner is present! Winner is responsible for shipping and any aplicable taxes, tariffs or duties.

When making arrangements for attending the event please be aware of a couple activities at Paintball Extravaganza.

Early check in will be available to everyone that has pre-registered for the event on Monday from 4pm - 7pm. Also Tuesday morning from 7am - 8am. Thiese checkin periods are for those attendees that have pre-registered and are not making any changes to registration.

A Welcome Reception will be held for all attendees at the Hyatt Lounge Tueaday night from 8pm - 10pm. Appetizers and doors prizes will be provided. Watch for more information.

Prize package drawings for attendees will be held at the close of the event on Thursday at 4pm at the registration area. Watch for more information.

Manufacturers have requested that prices are blocked until registration is completed as many of the classes include product and class fees are actually at or below wholesale prices. It is preferred that this information is not available to the general public.

It does not cost anything to register the business information and documentation for approval.

If you have a particular session you have questions about feel free to contact us and we will try to get you the information you are in need of after establishing business documents.

I have been sending emails since World Cup requesting information. If you have a particular class you are interested in and it has not been updated I would suggest you give your sales rep a call and ask them a time table for them to submit the information to us for posting.

There are 36 sessions on the schedule. We are waiting for descriptions of those sessions from 3 manufacturers. The sessions that are missing descriptions and any related fees are listed on the schedules and in the class descriptions less information to help plan class selections.

The 2014 Paintball Extravaganza will mark the 10th anniversary for the event. Started in Springfield IL in 2005 with 18 exhibitors and 36 stores and fields from the US. 2014 will have over 60 exhibitors and 250 stores and fields from the US, Canada, South & Central America, Europe, Asia & Africa.

You really can't compare class costs from year to year for many of the tech sessions as products included with class may vary from previous year, as is the case with the DYE session.
