I need the picture below with some heat, fire...etc added to it

I need it to scream "hot bullet" to the average viewer. The tag at the bottom right could be removed too as well.

Real simple request, im just a computer dumb dumb. Basiclly I'm just trying to make this my LinkedIn photo, but because of the shape of it, it cuts most of it out. Is there a way to match the color of the backdrop and extend it a little bit, so the picture can be cut into a square? That way I can resize it to use.

Trying to get a basic design for my fire academy class. If someone could do a quick edit to this it would be much appreciated. Where it says "FIRE" I'd like it to say "CGFA" and where it says "DEPT." I'd like it to say "16-2", "16-3", and one that says "16-4" in the same arced white lettering. Thanks!
