Luxe Ice small leak from solenoid area

Iíve searched posts and couldnít find anything. I have a small leak (like have to put your ear up to the marker to hear it) coming from the solenoid area. Iíve pin pointed the leak of air to be escaping from the hole on the grip frame that accesses the feather touch. Iíve done the following trouble shooting:

Swapped entire bolts, and replaced all orings.
Swapped out the reg seat and reset the regulator
Replaced all manifold orings
Replaced o ring for airway from grip frame to body.

The leak still persists, the gun cycles fine but the leak even though it isnít noticeable unless you put your ear up to it drives me insane. Any help appreciated

It could be they solenoid spool itself. The orings in the solenoid spool are tiny and can become damaged from debris.

That would be one way of ruling out the problem. If you are not faint of heart you could disassemble and clean the solenoid spool. I have done that successfully to fix such issues, but it is equally likely to cause further damage.

Less expensive would be to send it to DLX and let them take a crack at it.

Ya these can be frustrating. The only thing you haven’t done is the noid, I’d try and find someone who’d be willing to let you try there’s before ordering one.

Had the same problem with my new ice...curious when did you purchase yours, what's the serial number? Mine is one of the last few made and shipped with the xl barrel. Had to send mine to DLX because I couldn't figure it out. They replaced the manifold and now a whole season through no issues
