Lpr Removals

I need to get my lpr from lcd out to fix a small leak down the barrel but as many before me, I have no tool. Does anybody know the size or Diameter of the thread pole needed to screw into the LPR to pull her out to replace some rings?

I want to say an m2.5 screw will work, but not 100% sure.

Edit - looks like I was wrong, m3.

You were right the first time. That diagram is from the LED manual, and it's either a misprint, or they changed the threading by the time the design was finalized (there are a couple of other quirks with the LED manual for the same reason). Conveniently, the M2.5 screws that hold the LCD sight rail/solenoid cover in place are the exact right size to thread into the LPR piston and remove with needle nose pliers. Otherwise, a long M2.5 screw does the same job as the official extractor tool.

Similarly, you can substitute snap ring pliers, mini needle nose pliers, or a golf cleat spike tool for the official ram removal tool.
