The i3 lens might be the only one that's harder to change than a spectra lens.

That's the exact set-up I rocked 15 years ago except I normally used a yellow lens.

Still can't do em.
I'm not sure I understand the reasoning behind building these in the first place.
They already have the Flex for the Flex guys and the E-Flex for the quick-change guys...

The giant Empire logos on the E-Flex look stupid and tacky and the Flex is just a pain in the *** to clean and maintain compared to just about every single high end mask released the past 10 years. Iíd say this updated model is a welcome addition to the market, as it look like it fits normal adult faces and wasnít just designed for Derek Zoolander petite model faces.

If your only gripe about the e-flex is the empire logo, that seems like a pretty simple thing to rectify.
And you are the first person in history to say a flex is not for the large headed individual. I have a big head and the flex and profiler are the only goggle systems I have ever used comfortably.

Correct, it was a simple thing to rectify, by not buying it at all.

I never said (or implied) the Flex wasnít for normal sized heads and faces. Because it objectively fits them well. Iíd know, because I own one. I said it was a pain in the *** to clean and maintain. I also said this updated model is a welcome edition precisely because it fits normal adult faces. The best breathing mask on the market is finally updated to compete with all the other masks released the past 10 years.

Got mine in today, not gonna lie pretty disappointed in them. They cut into your ears pretty hard, the wuick change lense you have to pull the whole frontnof the frame off to change and they just dont "fit" like proflex's do.

I thought so too, the ones i preordered from ans showed up today

So the bottom of the slot that the quick change tab fits into sitsnpretty much right in your putter ear and pinches down on it. Theres no foam or anything in that area that covers it and its pretty thick allowing it to stick out into your ear

I got mine yesterday. They look a little funky compared to flexs but they are pretty comfortable. I didnt notice any problems with the ear area like tnarbutt did. we'll see how it feels after a day on the field. The quick change is pretty easy to use. the rubber is also noticeably stiffer than proflex's but still have plenty of give. At first glance the frames dont seem to be compatible with flex bottoms.

If you're interested in getting rid of it, I'd be interested in buying it.

I snagged a set at World Cup and I've been wearing them pretty much every time I played since. No pinching issues.

On the mounds field at World Cup.

In my personal experience the quality on the e-flex lenses is ****. So between the two I'd rather take a faster change spectra based mask than deal with that garbage.

It allows them to unify their lens offering in to a single product that services their rental range, original flex design, and a quick change option.
