I press the button to turn on the marker then, I press the button again to turn off eyes. I then press the Settings button and I get an amber light. After that I hold the trigger and no matter how long I hold it if I never get five beeps, indicating I can adjust the settings. Yes, I have a brand new dura cell battery

Are you able to cycle through the programming modes?

Did you check to make sure the trigger is actually hitting the microswitch? Or that it didn't screw its self in too far and is already hitting the microswitch?

Yes, trigger is touching switch. Power button light blinks when I click trigger also.

Well, ended up sending it to phantom01231, the microprocessor was shot, so I’ll look for a new board. Can’t recommend phantom01231 enough
