Need help compiling a list of all the Mag-Fed paintball guns out there!

Pics and info would really help.

I know Tippmann makes the TiPX pistol and Kingman makes the Hammer 7 pump. Tiberius has pistols that can convert into rifles as well as the new AR platform, but we need specifics...

Well, we have the entire ATS line, formerly known as Tagline...

AT-10

AT-85, formerly the TS-1

AT-4

AT-16

And a pair that were made specifically for Northern Command Paintball to sell

AT-416 and AT-417 (not sure the difference between the two)

Who made the ATS line? Was that the full auto Mag-Fed gun from the 90's Brian Sullivan designed?

Not sure who the original designer was, but yep, full auto mag fed that's been around awhile. I remember first seeing one in 98 or 99. I have one in my collection...

...and they are a BLAST to shoot.

The bad news is that the company that made them, Advanced Tactical Systems, which was also known as Get Real Paintball Inc. for a while (web page getrealpaintball.com ), is no more, and it's a very recent closing.

http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/a...l-closing.html

But the very minor good news is that the guy who was in charge of the gun line acquired all the spare parts, so those of us who have them can probably keep them going for some time.

Milsig line

Paradigm Pro

Featuring MILSIG’s new High Efficiency Air Technology (HEAT) semi-automatic operating system, the new Paradigm PRO is 20% more efficient than the inline blowback model it replaces. Its internal pressure regulator, decreased operating pressure, and innovative spool valve design provides consistent shot to shot performance needed for long distance accuracy.
The new built in Marksman Rifled Barrel has been specially configured to closely match the fin pattern of the FIRST STRIKE projectile. By increasing rotation on the projectile, both range and accuracy are drastically improved.
The Rail Integrated System (RIS) and receiver body continue to be meticulously CNC machined from billets of aircraft grade aluminum. Steel brackets connect and reinforce all major stress points giving the Paradigm PRO that signature MILSIG real steel feel.
Realistic proportions. By removing the gap between the Magazine Well and the Trigger Guard, the Paradigm PRO is more compact and mimics the proportions of a 7.62mm Armalite variant. More compact, less weight. Weight drops from 3.15kg to 2.65kg (over 18% reduction). Length drops from 991mm to 850mm (over 16% reduction)
Quick and easy marker maintenance. The HEAT Core assembly can be accessed from the marker by the removing two retainer pins, thus negating a complete tear down of the marker when cleaning and performing routine maintenance.
The new squared magazine head design allows the user to launch 10 rounds of FIRST STRIKE downrange as fast as he can pull the trigger. The Paradigm PRO also accepts the standard 20 round MILSIG paintball magazine.
Backwards-compatible magazine. Owners of existing 20 round magazines can retrofit them for use with the Paradigm PRO with a Squarehead magazine conversion kit, a huge cost benefit for current owners of MILSIG markers.

Manufacturer: Tippmann
Year: 1989
Action: Semi Automatic
Valve Style: Other
Class: Open
Caliber: .68
Feed Type: Clip
Barrel: Removable
Gas Source: Contant Air

The SMG-68 was originaly a semi-auto only gun. It is pretty much identical in function to the SMG-60, but was built to accomodate the larger "Standard" .68 caliber paintball. The SMG-68 had a couple of different features than it's .62 cal counterpart, the biggest difference being the removable barrel. While the SMG-60's all had fixed barrels, the SMG-68 was the first Tippmann to allow the use of different barrels. As stated earlier, the SMG-68 is strictly semi-auto. However, since the SMG-60 and the SMG-68 are so close in design, many users would simply swap the trigger and sear from a SMG-60 and place them into their SMG-68's. Thus making them full-auto.

The red clips of the SMG-68 are highly coveted and sought after. The SMG-60's came in a variety of colors, black, brown, and most often found in orange.
Another featore of the SMG-68 is the removable barrel.
All the SMG 68's had the serial # located on the left side above the trigger.

Back when the 68 Specials came out Tippmann would convert your SMG's into a 68 Special for $100. There were a lot of SMG's that were converted. When Tippmann did the conversion they did not remove the SMG tag with the Serial Number so even though the tag says SMG it is a 68 Special. 68 Specials had a hopper elbow cast into the breach.

The easiest way to tell a SMG 60 from a SMG 68 is that the feed tube is held on by a cap screw on the left side of the 60's. The 68's the feed tube is held on by the barrel. The barrel has to be lessened up to get the feed tube out of the 68's

For the stripper clips to feed they must have paint in them or if you want to see how the clips work with out paint, you must find some way to block the barrel. The way the indexing of the stripper clips work is it uses back pressure to index them.

And a 50 round gravity "shaker" hopper?

...after all, these are usually only used in magfed/limited round games...games where there is no little advantage to using a speedball gun.

Oh, and on the DAM...you can remove the stock, remove the front shroud and you basically have a DM13 that can shoot First Strike rounds.

Almost...MR5 is First Strike compatible, the MRX is not. Other than that they are similar markers. Both can change from hopper to magazine with a barrel twist.

In addition to this the SCARAB will accept numerous 0.68 paintball magazines manufactured by different suppliers.
The propellant source is hidden in the butstock for a more realistic and tactical feel while the pistol grip can be exchanged with almost all Gas Blow Back Airsoft AR platforms or real steel m4/m16 pistol grips.

The Barrel system is 100% free floating accepting any A5 threaded barrel. The Scarab also comes standard with an extremely tough RIS sytem that holds a built in cleaning rod.

There's def more older gen mag fed markers, Milsig MK1/MK2, Rap4 T68 gen 1-6
