If some one spends $2000 i think i would just overnight the part they ordered and tell them don't worry about sending the wrong part back. Think it would be easier to take a $20 loss to keep that business. Their loss and i will never go back their again. Oh yah it took all day just to get them to pay for the shipping again. Stay away trust me!

Had to resurrect old thread over this one.
By far the worst retail experience of my life.
Same sh#t here. Online store availability rarely correct. Order and pay for stuff, if items are not available you are not notified, they just don't send order.
Hope you don't have to return something. OMG, that was an adventure.
With so many choices available,
