Feel like I'm being a Debbie Downer here... looks like a low effort re-design. Really want to see the review to see if you can remove lens with tools etc.

The face plate area looks cheaper (like a budget mask) to me.

I have been wearing Grill for years, I love it. Not sold on this update so far. Hopefully I'm very wrong.

Looking at it more it is growing on me, I always liked my grill back in the day and these updates seem nice. Depending on what colorway's come out I would definitely be interested.

It's a very confused design update. The bottom looks arguably better, but then the top forehead area hasn't changed at all and is all curvy vs the hard lines of the bottom faceplate. The lens retention clips look nothing like anything else on the mask.

I actually bought a spare set os lens retainers to modify so I could mount a camera on the side whenever I wanted and it be fully secure, so I'm glad they kept that functionality.

Always funny seeing that you could buy an entire new Grill on sale for less than the price of a single lens at times. i.e. lens prices are a complete joke. (Imagine if people really did replace their lens every time it got hit - $50 to $60 a pop.)

I’ll probably replace my old grill with these once places start to stock them. That might give me time to see some other color ways too.

This is comparable to remaking the original Willy Wonka...just unnecessary. The OG Grill is awesome, still sells like hotcakes. Arguably one of the most intimidating looking masks...comfortable, simple & priced right.

I like what they've done with these. Any idea what's going on with the Profiler? Seems like they're out of stock everywhere. They doing a redesign on them as well or are stores just out due to the global supply chain issues at the moment?

I actually think the Grills breathes pretty well, at least compared to the e-vents I used to have. When I got back into paintball a few months ago I picked up some tan/green grills for $60 and I am very happy with them. I could care less about soft ears but these do look like they would breathe even better.

By high-end mask standards, under $120 these days is reasonable. Push hasn’t figured out how visors work yet and those are all $175-$250+. LE Proflexes run in the $120 range. I don’t know what Virtue masks cost because only nerds wear them but I’m assuming their high ends are expensive.

Same. visor plus yellow lense = great. instead of younger me 15 years ago, always needing a dark lense for every mask build.
