inception reg vs PE sl3 reg on empire sniper

I recently picked up a used empire sniper because i wanted to start playing pump. it shoots great but im having inconsistent FPS. I already upgraded to the alien morph valve and the inception heavy hammer but still having inconsistent FPS. Im thinking of changing the regulator because i noticed if i wait a little longer to pull the trigger the FPS doesnt fluctuate as much. SO should i upgrade to the inception regulator or the planet eclipse sl3 regulator ? both of the regs are almost the same price.

Maybe try putting your stock valve back in and see what happens. When changing things around, it's best to do one at a time, making sure nothing changes for the worse when you change.

i started upgrading because it had the FPS fluctuation problem since i bought it. i thought by upgrading the valve would fix it but it didn't. i even tried stock hammer with alien valve and no change. bought the heavy hammer and no change. dont get me wrong, i like the upgrades already.

I think a lot of people picking up pumps these days discount just how important this is. I've seen countless chrono refs not having people hold the pump handle at the chrono. That little action can sway a shot by 30fps.

maybe +/- 20 with 1 month old hk supreme. not holding the pump handle. i did not know holding the pump handle would make a difference. i always chrono my guns the night before i go out to play so i dont have to be at the chrono station too long on game day. im using the x-radar hand held chrono in my back yard
