Fellow that plays on wiseguys was shooting 22 bps consistently with his adrenaline luxe in mech form. I can shoot spurts of 17-20 with a consistent stream of 12.5 bps. Great gun by far best mech marker money can buy.

Easy fix to this is to mandate gravity feed (with agitation allowed like the ricochet or revolution). Everyone hates the idea but if we don't want the BPS war I think it would be the most difficult method to circumvent. I think the companies that make loaders currently could produce loaders to meet this rule fairly quickly.

I agree. BPS wars of mechanical play goes against the spirit of the movement. It's a real shame that it's come to this so quickly.

I wouldn’t say Ricochet. I mean the Pinokio/Fastas are essentially the modern renditions of that loader and they are ridiculously fast. Maybe something like the Revvy/Protoyz Speedster style feeds.

Limited paint might be an option as well.

I think better solutions could be created though. Scenarios that limit your ability to play the game at a reasonable floor are never good answers. Switching back loader tech to grav fed limits your ability in more ways that just BPS.

I think maybe being a little more refined in the rules on trigger guards and actuation will be needed.

I think limiting the amount of paint a team could carry might be an interesting twist on that. Say 40 pods for a 10 man team and you split that up however you want.

I mean I mostly still shoot an autococker because I like the nostalgia of shooting it over a space mech but I do have an emek in the bag just in case. I've only had to pull it out and use it instead of my cocker once when I got shot in the gun and had some shell causing my trigger to stick. It is a lot easier to shoot fast than my cocker but it has no soul like a cocker does that's set up exactly how I want it.

It just feels a lot sillier this time but definitely still selling guns/frames so I guess we should just be happy for the industry.

Make new rules in regards to how big the opening on the single trigger frames can be. You should not be able to get 2 finger tips allowing you to walk the trigger in a single trigger frame...

Imagine this for a moment.

We take the emek, and add some sort of electrical control board with a switch, that when activated, tells the marker to fire. Then we make that control board programmable to have different modes!!?!!

NONE of this is true.

no one is shooting faster on a mech than anyone was able to on a legal semi-auto gun with an electro trigger.

people like you are out of your minds with your over-exaggerations.

Haha, 100% brother.

These guys shoot over a Virtue clock, fanning the trigger like a madman and see these obscene numbers and think its reality. Not understanding that the clock basically takes the highest peak ROF of two single shots and spits that out as the avg.

Guys like Rich Telford and Lemasnki could only shoot like 17-18 consistently in uncapped semi, but Im sure this guy is doing that with a single finger mech gun

The pinokio features a cup area that the balls fall into and are the pushed into the feed tube laterally. Same with the spire. This is not gravity feeding.

My memory is fuzzy on the ricochet, so I'll stick to the revvy as a prime example.

Like what? An agitated gravity fed loader feeds paint reliably? If you keep it to gravity feedig you limit the feed rate to somewhere between 11 and 12 bps iirc unless you want a REALLY tall feedneck.

I do agree that limiting trigger guard size and maybe even a minimum trigger pull weight could be effective but I was trying to offer an easy solution using widely available equipment.

literally doesn't mean anything. honestly you either have to be a ****ing idiot or completely delusional to think anyone is shooting anywhere near 20bps on a mech gun for more than like maybe a 2 second burst. No one is even shooting above 10bps consistently if we're being real about it. Most people cant shoot above 12bps legit with electronic markers and maybe 2% of people could shoot 15+ legit.

If you think otherwise you're straight up lying to yourself.
