That is true, but when you are spending $235+ on a tank I don't think you are worried about $15. If you are then you shouldn't be spending that much on tank in the first place.

Well I can buy a GOG enemy for $150 or a DLX luxe for $1500, and at the end of the day they essentially do the same thing. If you want the best performing regulator on the market your probably ok with the cost of it.

Amazing, free up for the guys at powerhouse for helping a player in need regardless of what he owns.

I doubt that love would be reciprocated.....

I don't know about that. The people at ninja do care about the sport. If I remember correctly they did renew the crossfire DOT cert that screwed over a lot of people.

I’m not saying ninja doesn’t care about the sport, as I know they do. For powerhouse to fix a reg for free from the company that is continuously trying to sue them says more to me than words can express.

Not to sound too bandwagon-ish but the PH guys have taken very good care of us over the last year and a half.

The new regs they are coming out with are looking even better than last years so I can't wait to actually start using the new ones.

That jet system... I love it. As a designer, there are times where I honestly don't see any room for significant improvement - the gen 3 reg powerhouse reg is one such place. Excellent design.

I fully agree, I take my reg tester to the field every Sunday and one of the guys playing with a cheapish 48/3000 was having all sorts of problems. Finally checked his output and it was over my testers limit of 1200. Put a different rental tank on his marker and life was good.

I have a funny feeling that if everyone coming to the field on a Sunday tested their reg, you’d be shocked to see how many are way out of whack. The guys at my field have a hard enough time trying to change their bps setting let alone service their reg. it’s good until it stops working is the mentality I see.

At dye, we noticed some people complaining about difficulty activating the SLAPS ASA and what we found is that in almost every case the output pressure from the tank was over 1,000psi. That's HUGE risk.

the person that posted behind me saying they're cheap right now... I understand they're the best, but they most definitely aren't cheap. $130 for the reg alone right now.

Does anyone have these with an ultralight 68ci?

Or does anyone sell an ultralight 68ci tank by itself to pair with this reg?

You can get a ninja ul 68 from wicked sportz or you can get a hk aerolite extra lite 68 from ans. They are the exact same tank both made by Gayston Corp.

Then toss one of these reg onto it.

I was just about to ask that same thing, so thank you, I did just that, HK on the way

Is thread locker needed at all when installing the regulator?

No. Let the oring do its job. Give the reg a good torquing.

Bahhahahaha, my first nitroduck regulator was this giant solid brass reg that had a big top section that you twisted to adjust the output, from like 1998ish on a 114ci 3000psi tank. it was the

but those last ones they made were really solid performers from what i remember

I've still got a couple of their adjustable regs that screwed in like a regular threaded in tank (I had one like you're talking about too). They were great regs, I was lucky enough to play for a team sponsored by them for a while and even when I wasn't playing for a sponsored team of theirs I wouldn't shoot anything else unless contractually obligated to use something else.

I've had good experiences with Carl at Powerhouse. I own multiple Powerhouse regs and convinced several of my teammates to make the switch as well. It's a great product and they back it 100%.
