So, I contacted Empire for a reseal kit (which they sent out same day), but they also included a brand new, redesigned ASA lever at no charge. It arrived tonight and appears to be stainless with larger orings. Fits great. Definitely has more resistance to shifting than the old one. Not as much as maybe I was expecting, but should certainly be enough to reduce accidental shifts. New part # 73346 dust black. Kudos to Empire and GI Sportz tech support... Super knowledgable, helpful and responsive.
