Added the usergroup but the badge is not showing. Sent it up to tech.

1. Just because you added it doesn't mean it will show up. pballa166 has to select it in his list of badges: https://www.pbnation.com/badges.php

2. If you added the usergroup, you probably fixed the issue for him, but not anyone else. pballa166 can now select it from his badges.

3. Even if it did show up, you still don't want to do this manually every time a user hits their 10-year anniversary. So sending it to tech is probably smart.
