I had this issue on mine a few years ago.
The cup seal inside the LPR was damaged and sitting loose. No matter what I did the LPR pressure remained the same, causing the ram pressure to remain the same no matter what.
I glued it back into the end of the pin and everything worked fine.

I wish people would learn how their gun works before trying to troubleshoot a problem. On second thought, they should learn how it works before putting an air tank on it.
