It's gotten colder in most of the USA so there is a good chance that your T15 was originally tuned for warmer weather.
Do a good "winter" cleaning, apply some oil(avoid silicon grease or oil on the bolt) and open up the re-cock port a quarter turn on your upper manifold. Here is a blurb from the T15 Airsoft manual on the re-cock setting, holds true for your T15 since it has a Full Auto kit.
