Tournament /series/practice Paintball

I havent played in a few years. I played D2 and D3 with Total Karnage in Florida but now live in Delaware and want to get back in the sport. I'm looking for a team to join and or practice with or I can just been a free agent looking to play any division at this point even D5 just want to play again!
